In the heart of Wallowa Lake Village, within walking distance to ALL attractions, our private park offers both 30 and 50-Amp sites and (unlike the State Park) NO extra fees for out of state campers. Whether you like fishing, hiking, horseback riding, shopping or simply prefer to kick back in a lawn chair on the beach, this area has it all!
The charming town of Joseph with its numerous art galleries and eclectic assortment of restaurants and shops is just 5 miles north and can be accessed via a FREE shuttle which stops in front of our park!
Because the park is so popular, reservations can be made up to a year in advance.* We also welcome RV clubs or groups. Our spacious one-room Cabin At The River is perfect for large gatherings with a well-appointed kitchen, large deck and wheel chair access.

2027 Rates:
RV site base rate includes 1 RV, 1 vehicle, 2 adults and 2 kids over 5 (under 5 always free). Maximum 6 people per site.
- Full-hookup (water, sewer, power) $50-$70 depending on season
- Weekly/Monthly 7th night free/4th week free
- River Sites (No hookups, self-contained RVs only) $35-$55 depending on season
- Group Rate (10 or more sites) 15% off nightly rate
- Extra People and Dogs $4 day. Dogs not allowed from the start of Memorial Weekend through Labor Day except for monthly guests. Before and after these dates, 2 dogs per site are welcome
- Extra overnight vehicles and boats must be registered ($10/night).
Monthly Stays:
For those interested in passing a month or an entire summer at the lake, we do offer monthly stays. Monthly stays cannot be booked online and must be done through contacting our office. Usually, we require a full year's notice to hold a monthly site, especially for July, although sometimes we are able to get people in following a cancellation. As we are a seasonal resort, we cannot offer year-around stays, nor do we offer storage.
- Monthly rates are $900-$1260 depending on the month
- Include all utilities and 2 well-behaved dogs (no barking)
- Are excempt from transient lodging tax (which is now 7.75%)
- Qualify for discounted or free boat parking depending upon the month

For longer stays, please call.** Our park loop is narrow with tight turns and big trees. Rigs larger than 40 feet cannot be accommodated. * * * Due to our geography and the few options available to our area, our WIFI is limited in strength and bandwidth. It is usually strong enough for emailing and browsing but may sometimes drop altogether. Please do not expect to rely on park WIFI for work. To ensure a pleasant stay, please review our Park Policies page before booking. Some restrictions/fees apply to pets, tents, campfires, and cancellations. We no longer allow pet dogs Memorial Weekend through Labor Day except for monthly guests.
