• Reservations may be made a year in advance in-person and 360 days in advance online. They require a 50% deposit with a 25% non-refundable cancellation fee. This means if you book 2 nights in July you will pay a deposit of $42 and a cancellation fee of $21 if you cancel at least 14 days in advance. If you cancel within 14 days of your reservation, you will forfeit your deposit. No exceptions are made for weather, illness or failure to read our policies. If you wish to adjust your reservation please call us.
  • A reservation guarantees you a site, not necessarily a specific one. While we do our best to honor requests, circumstance sometimes requires that we move people. If you are adamant about the site you chose, please let us know so we may make a note of it.
  • Sites are limited to 1 RV and 1 vehicle. Extra vehicles & boats must register at booking, park in designated areas and pay an additional fee of $10/night. Boat parking is not allowed in sites. 
  • The rate for each site includes 2 adults. Up to 6 additional guests are allowed per site at $2/night+ tax per guest excluding children 5 and under which are free.
  • Camping tents are not permitted anywhere in the park (floor-less shade tents ok). If you pitch a camping tent you will be charged a fee of $100 for every night the tent is erect. 
  • Children must be supervised. If riding bikes around the loop, children should be instructed to ride with the current of traffic to be better seen and not allowed to cut through landscaped areas or ride on boardwalk in front of restrooms.
  • Well-behaved dogs (excluding pitbulls) are limited to 3 per site. Dogs must be kenneled or kept on a fixed leash no longer than 6 feet and not left unattended, allowed to bark or chase wildlife. Dogs are not permitted in park restrooms and must be picked up after. Complimentary waste bags may be obtained at office or beside the dumpster. If you fail to pick up your dogs waste you will be charged a $100 fee. If your dog exhibits aggressive behavior or barks incessantly you may be asked to leave.
  • Sewer adapters are required for sewer connection. If you do not have one, you may purchase one at the office.
  • Water pressure regulators are highly recommended. We will not be held responsible for damage to RVs as a result of water pressure fluctuation.
  • Restrooms and laundry are 24 hours. Showers cost 25ยข per 2.5 minutes; wash machines cost $1.50 and dryers are $.75. If you need quarters for the machines outside of office hours, you may call us on the radio.
  • No washing RV's or vehicles in park. There is a car wash in Joseph.
  • Portable propane fires and charcoal grills are permitted in park; wood campfires are not. Propane fire bowls are available to rent at office for $10/night without tank or $20/night with tank.
  • Quiet time is 10pm-8am. Generators must be off between these hours. During operation, generators must be no louder than 65 dBA at a distance of 25 feet. Standard on-board models & portable Hondas meet this requirement.
  • Holding tank dumping is not allowed in River Sites. Tanks may be dumped and water filled in any open FHU site on departure or as necessary.
  • Refunds will not be given for bad weather, early departures or failure to read Park Policies prior to booking.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be held responsible for accidents or injury to guests or their property.
