Riverside Clubhouse

An ideal hangout for groups to potluck and bbq with an expansive lawn and river views!

Amenities:

• Complete kitchen (oven, stove, refrigerator, dishes, utensils & cookware).
• Spacious main room with gas fireplace.
• ADA accessible restroom.
• ADA accessible deck and entryway.
• 18 rectangular folding tables measuring 6' long x 2.5' wide
• 85 padded folding chairs
• Charcoal grill
• TV with DVD & VCR player and an assortment of movies for rainy days

Restrictions:

• Clubhouse available to park guests only (must have at least one RV site or cabin to rent)
• Not available for weddings or gatherings with many outside guests; we just don't have the parking!
• No dogs allowed inside building.
• Grills and firebowls are not allowed on the deck.
• Same-day only rate is a non-reservable rental between 12pm-10pm. This means if the clubhouse is not rented and available on the day you wish to use it, you may rent it for those hours for the same-day price. Same-day rentals may not use any of the beds.

Rates:

• Memorial-Labor Day (12pm-11am following day): $200
• Shoulder Season (12pm-11am following day): $150
• Same-Day Rental w/o reservations (12pm-10pm): $50
• Groups with 10 or more RV sites: 15% off all rates.
